One 5-day per week camper's results (her results and HOW she did it below): Fitness: Improved 1 min 30 seconds on the mile. Improved 2 min 30 seconds on the core plank. Improved 29% in strength. Body composition: Dropped 4% body fat. Lost 8.5 inches overall . Lost 11 lbs. body fat Gained 2.5 lbs of muscle. Overall weight loss 8.5 lbs Vitals: dropped 6 points in blood pressure dropped 31 points in Resting Heart Rate (RHR) How she did it: Attended boot camp sessions on a regular basis and on time. Worked to her individual fitness level with a consistent amount of high intensity. Monitored her diet: The correct portion of carbs, proteins and fats. Ate 5 -6 times daily.
