I have truly enjoyed the Adventure Bootcamp. The camp challenges me physically and mentally and I am never bored with the exercise routines. My strength and endurance have greatly improved and I have lost pounds as well as inches. The Camp and the nutrition seminars have allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle even when my schedule is hectic. Whitney is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions. It is truly the best Bootcamp I have ever tried.
