I never thought I'd be attending an early morning workout, but now it's an integral part of my workout routine! Sometimes the early time can be rough and there are times when I feel sore, but it's so worth it and I feel great afterwards. When I began bootcamp, I went to 3 days a week. It was very difficult, and I was relieved on the days that I didn't have to wake up early and go to bootcamp! Now that I am stronger and going to bootcamp 5 days a week, I look forward to each morning. Bootcamp actually makes me feel good. I love bootcamp so much I wish I could go 7 days a week. I am excited that each session brings me closer to my fitness goal.
